we went to lancaster, pennsylvania this weekend to visit a babysitter of eli’s who was a student at pratt and then moved back home last fall. i loved driving by the amish farms… they were really beautiful, especially when the wash lines were strung with clothes. i bought these kid-sized hats at an amish market. i wondered if dressing up like an amish person would be disrespectful to their culture… but then decided that if the hats are for sale to the general public then it’s probably okay.
love misha * puff

a friend and i stopped in a couple secondhand clothing stores yesterday and i found some great stuff for eli. i love these colors.
